ITALY - Students protest against government measures

Many students across Italy are rightly angry about the measures taken by the rulers to contain the pandemic. Originally, the government in Rome had announced that half of the students nationwide would be allowed back to school starting Monday. However, Lombardy and much of the rest of the regional government now decided that they must continue to study at home. Dozens of students and teachers gathered at Milan Cathedral on Jan. 9 to protest Lombardy's measures. Likewise, on 11/1 in Rome, students took to the streets!

In the past year, protests have increased nationwide against the anti-labor and anti-people measures of the rulers, which serve anything but the health of the people!
