On August 14, a manifestation against the visit of the US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, took place in Vienna. This was organised, as reported, by different anti-imperialist, anti-fascist and democratic forces, and especially by Palestinian organisations, which emphasised the recent aggression of US imperialism, the "deal of the century".
It was a powerful and well-attended manifestation, very internationalist with a particularly large participation of activists from the different countries of Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe. This clearly expressed the role of US imperialism as the main enemy of the peoples worldwide! Passers-by from Serbia, for example, said: "The USA has also destroyed our country" and expressed their solidarity.
At the rally, attention was also drawn to what US imperialism means for the oppressed masses of the USA. There was a successful solidarity action with the "Austin's Targeted Three"!
The visit of the criminal Pompeo, representative of the US imperialism, did not remain unanswered, it was countered with a powerful expression of international solidarity!
