On Saturday, September 22, around 20.000 people demonstrated in Bern to demand equal pay for women. The women marched the streets against „sexism and discrimination" and they have made public that they are prepared to go on strike if their demands aren‘t met. We live in a class society, which goes hand in hand with patriarchy, oppressing women. This means that it doesn‘t matter if you live in an imperialist nation or a country oppressed by Imperialism, women are oppressed by it. We see this fact in every aspect of life, also in the workplace and wages. Female workers are used to push wages down for every worker, and have to produce children for the state they live in. This can only be changed by the working class and oppressed people fighting for the worls proletarian revolution until communism!
