On May 18, the 45th anniversary of the assassination of the great communist leader Ibrahim Kaypakkaya, revolutionaries in Austria and Switzerland launched a series of militant actions. There were banners with the slogans - "Ibrahim Kaypakkaya - lives with the party", "Let's live Maoism", "Long live the MLM", and "The Communist leader Ibrahim Kayoakkaya is immortal" spread to give the one militant expression Pyrotechnics ignited and slogans were shouted for the people's war:
