On the 19th of February the warrant of arrest against four of ten defendants within the TKP/ML-Process (Turkish Communist Party/Marxist-Leninist) was skipped.
Since 15.4.2015 they have been under pre-trial detention – now nearly tree years later the court admit that it was „out of proportion“!
Since their detention all over the world many actions of solidarity took place – as well as steady rallies in front of the court in Munich (Germany). Although that are very good news, the four defendants still have to do steady report to the police and the remaining six defendants still have to be defended to get out!
