The NATO decided to build two new command centers, one in the USA and one in Germany. It is part of the NATO's decision last November to increase the number of military headquarters from seven to nine. It is the first time since the end of "Cold War" that the NATO upgrade their command structure. The headquarter in Germany will be responsibly for troop movements in Europe. With the new headquarter in Germany the NATO, which is controlled by the US-Imperialism, reacted on the culmination of the contradiction with the Russian Imperialism.
