In December, 300 workers gathered and went on strike to put their demands for better working conditions and higher wages on the streets.
For months they have been fighting for better working conditions. After their unionists were fired and any worker who made justified demands was threatened with dismissal, they went on strike.
Not only because salaries are very low and living conditions are very poor, they also have to pay for repairs in the company themselves. One worker said that they have to pay for fuel, which is clearly a work item, to do their job. The salaries are very low so they are not able to send their children to kindergarden because there is no money.
Every further attempt at intimidation spurs the workers on even more not to allow themselves to be buckled in the industrial action!
The workers' struggle is justified!
