On April 2, people in Los Angeles protested for a cancelling of rents and a stop to forced evictions. It was an extraordinary protest:People formed a convoy of cars with demands and slogans on them.
Already on March 26th there were 3.3 newly registered unemployed in the USA due to the so-called "Corona crisis" - within only one week. The socio-economic consequences for the masses are enormous. That is why the demands for the lifting of rents and an eviction stop are good and justified!
