November 23rd, Jharkhand: According to the Indian press, an attack by a motorized squadron of the People's Liberation Guerrilla Army on a Pipra Bazar market in the Palamu took place against a renegade who worked as a police informer. In the pamphlets left by the Maoists, the Madhya Zonal Committee of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) called the people to boycott the state elections.

November 23rd, Chhattisgarh: Reports of several clashes in which three Maoist fighters were killed in the Sukma district.Two of the Maoists were killed in a wooded area near the village of Minpa under the boundaries of the Burkapal police station. According to the police, the incident occurred when a patrol team composed of the District Reserve Guard (DRG) and the Special Task Force (STF) was conducting a cordon exercise. Meanwhile, earlier in the day, a Maoist was killed in an exchange of fire with SF near Muler village, in the district, about 500 kilometers from the state capital, Raipur. The murdered Maoist was identified as a member of the People's Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA). Separately, the Maoists set fire to five vehicles dedicated to road construction work near Madonar village in Narayanpur district. The attack took place where road construction work is being carried out under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY). According to a police officer, the Maoists set fire to four tractors and an excavator belonging to a private contractor and a worker's motorcycle.

November 24th, Chhattisgarh: The Maoists set fire to nine vehicles, including six dumpers and a JCB machine in the Kirandul mining area in Bailadila Hills in the Dantewada district. According to a senior police official, the Maoists broke into a state-owned National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) mining facility in the area and set fire to vehicles. Obtaining information about the incident, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel and police teams rushed there. The Maoists escaped into the dense forest.
