INDIA – successful election boycott campaign in Andhra Pradesh

After the successful election boycott campaign in Andhra Pradesh last month the fascist Indian state is afraid of further revolutionary actions in other districts where elections are going to take place soon. Following the killing of a legislator and a former legislator in Andhra Pradesh, the reaction increases the police forces for the coming elections on the 12th and 20th of November in Chhattisgarh and on the 7th of December in Telangana.Despite the fact of tried intimidations, the Communist Party of India (Maoist) introduced new election boycott campaigns. Many banners have been found of the CPI (Maoist) in which they call for the boycott of the elections and struggle for a new-democratic India. In Telangana the CPI (Maoist) published a statement by it’s Secretary Haribhushan, where he denounces the reactionary policy of the revisionist and reformist forces like the CPI, or the Bahujan Left Front (BLF). He clearly points out on which side these parties are, clearly on the side of the bourgeosie and enemy of the people. With these campaignes the CPI (Maoist) moves forward mobilising the masses in the struggle of the new-democratic revolution.
