To fight the maoist movement, the reaction in Uttar Pradesh founded a new women's brigade, the „women‘s „green“ brigade“. It should help the police through information about the naxal activities, so the Indian newspaper says. Also it says, the women should fight against domestic abuse and social evils. With that the Indian fascist tries to mobilize the women, apparently under their own interests, to serve imperialism and fascism.
It‘s well known that there is a very high proportion of women within the revolutionary people's movement and people‘s war in India. It seems to be a very desperately attempt of agitation of the Indian reaction to get influence within the masses of the oppressed women.
