80 thousand people in Indonesia protested on Sunday against US president Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, the latest show of support for the Palestinians in the country with the world’s largest Muslim population. Even 90% of them where Muslims.
Several Muslim groups had called for the protest march on Sunday. They requested to the boycott of Israeli and US products, Trump should not cancel his decision from beginning of the month to recognize Jerusalem as a capital of Israel. Besides, they all asked to other states to oppose the US step.
This wasn’t the first but the hugest protest against the Jerusalem decision and the US-imperialism. In the past protests flags of the main enemy of all people’s masses and Israel were burned.
