The Olaria Barra do Mirador Community which is supported by the League of Poor Peasants (LCP) is known for their combative struggle against the big landlords. They have occupied 19 previously unproductive lands and developed them. The peasants have not been intimidated, they went on in the struggle denouncing the fascist landlord state.
