On the 9th of November in Belo Horizonte in Minas Gerais an event on the 100th anniversary of the Great Socialist October Revolution was done by the „Revolutionary Front to Defend the People‘s Right“ (Frente Revolucionária de Defesa dos Direitos do Povo (FRDDP).
Others revolutionary organizations took part on that event too. Cultural contributions to the October Revolution were done. Also, a contribution to comrade Sandra Lima, who was a very important leader of the women‘s movement, was made.
